Our water truck bodies are constructed using only reliable, genuine components that are fully backed by manufacturer's warranty. Every ATA & Allquip articulated tanker is built by experienced tradesmen, and undergoes rigorous testing for quality assurance prior to being delivered to the end-user.
Your new SA-Series mine tanker will include:
Southern Cross heavy-duty hydraulic water pump.
Hydraulic system that meets AS2671-2002 Standard.
Deflector spray heads with directional adjustment.
Hose reel with industrial washdown hose and nozzle.
Galvanised pipework with non-corrosive fittings.
In-cab ergonomic control panel for all spray features.
Our range of Australian made steel water tanks are constructed from AS3678 structural 250 grade steel, grit blasted for priming, and finished with a high gloss, two-pack epoxy paint coating.
The steel tank outer shell has pressed sidewalls for additional strength.
Flow control wall baffling system with 12 separate compartments to minimise water surge.
Tank access holes complies with AS/NS2865-2009 for Safe Working in Confined Spaces.
Tank access ladder complies with AS1657-2018 for Fixed Platforms, Stairways, and Ladders.
The tank fill manhole is 1m x 200mm high and fitted with security guard.
Manhole access ladder inside tank also complies with Australian Standard AS1657-2018.
Digital water level gauge is fitted inside the truck cabin for operator use.
All tank surfaces are grit blasted, undercoated, and finished with a polyurethane topcoat.
Additional stone and muck protective coating is applied to tank underside.
